Paul Mullin joins elite Wrexham goalscorers club as he reaches insane landmark in just his third season – Ryan Reynolds & Rob McElhenney will love it

Paul Mullin scored his 100th goal for Wrexham against Colchester on Saturday as the Welsh club continue to chase promotion to League One.

Mullin got on the end of an excellent cross from Ryan Barnett to restore parity against Colchester after John Akinde's opener. The goal brought up Mullin's century for Wrexham and means he is now their joint-ninth highest goalscorer of all time.

Wrexham signed Mullin in 2021 and he has scored his 100 goals in just 129 games, an astonishing record for the 29-year-old. This season, in League Two, he has scored 19 goals in 34 games.

Mullin has been prolific elsewhere too, scoring 56 goals in 36 games for Cambridge United in his most prolific spell before his move to Wales. Since arriving at Wrexham, though, he has appeared to ascend to another level.
